Ladies and gentlemen…This is my 2000th post!

WOOOOOO!!! :rock

Any ways I have been working out hard and feeling strong with a new routine. Not high volume and its just grip twice a week and thick bar type stuff on a third day each week. I built some new loadable dumbbells of various sized handles. I built a 2.5” handled one to bring to the gym and do some heavy rows. I also use my Manus grips which have been really working out my forearms. I have upped in strength with doing back work with the Manus in the last month.

I have not tested my self for a PR and wont do so that often. I will try it maybe on Monday. The reason is I cant do my full scheaduled workout as Ill be in Vegas and cant bring some of my tools. But I can bring my grippers so Ill do some heavy stuff and see what happens.
