Walking 2.4 km, dont know time, +30 min.

EDIT: Forgot.. Tore apart a full deck of Bicycles in 35 sec. First part the tear was good, middle part I struggled a bit strenght wise, last part I struggled with technique. Failed on the second Bicycles attempt.

2 km Breast Stroke Swimming (~75 min) (PR in longest swim without stopping) With the speed i'm swimming in.. It's about as exhausting as taking a walk. I like swimming though. Being in water.

74: 1 Mile in 09.01. 10.7 km/h. Excited to get lighter, will be more fun to run.. Faster!

Spinning: 5 min warm up 16 min hard resistance standing, 5 min min cool down. Afterwards I tore apart a full deck of Bicycles in 32 dec..argh wanna do it in at least sub 30.

75: Rest Day Pace with the dog.

Spinning 70 min. 20x3 at RPE 4-5. Rest pace 5 min, 5 min. The amount of sweating was a record breaker..

Walking 2.4 km (~31 min).

78. A easy mile is starting to feel rather silly.. Need to increase distance some days.

60 min walking.

Have been slacking off too much with diet this weekend. Need to "re-grip" NOW.

Week 18 i'm getting a new buddy to look after. A male Golden Retriever. Excited. Need to get lighter now so I can give him good run's when he's older and ready for it.

The casein protein i'm currently drinking, taste like s***. Gotta research if all casein powder drinks taste similar, or if I should try another one next. Got ~800 g left of my current stock, urk!

^^ Bicycles Card Tearing in PR Time: 21 seconds. Done a few days ago.

82. 1 mile in 8.8 km/h (+- 0.1 km/h). 83. 1 mile in rest day speed.

Yesterday also a 4.3 km walk and a 2.4 km walk.

Today also 4-5 hours of hard yard work. + I deadlifted my barbell loaded with 170 kg, my neighboor took an interest in my home gym ;)

Weight Loss for 1 Week, weighted today = 1,4 kg down.

Total Weight Loss since start about 5 Weeks ago = 6,8 kg

84. 1 easy mile.

Spinning: 5 min warm up, 17 minutes hard resistance standing, no time for cool down. Increase resistance next time.

A 2.4 km walk with the dog.

I have started a new deadlift experiment. I lift 170 kg in deadlift twice a day. Day 2 today, 5 days then 2-3 days of rest. Hope to get back to, and maybe beyond! 180 kg in deadlift, egen though I am in a diet. So 170 kg is over 90% of max lift. This idea is inspired by the so called Bulgarian Training Method and Grease the Groove, as outlined by Pavel T.

Bought Vassle Protein Powder today. Taste MUCH better then the casein stuff. Gonna order my favorite, that taste superb! This one i have now taste very.. neutral.. At least not crap..

Now I have jogged at least one mile, everyday for 90 days.

Done a few swimming sessions since last update. Between 1 km and 1.5 km.

Lots of walking..

Deadlift 5 days in a row like I described in earlier post.

Wright today as +-0 from last week. Regroup now.. At least I had not gained weight.

Today I lifted 182.5 kg in deadlift! (PR) (PR with 2.5 kg)

In probably 2-3 days I aim to continue til week 2 in the deadlift experiment, with work weight increased with 2.5 kg til 172.5 kg. That is about 94.5% of max weight.

I've had a eating day today (direct translation from swedish word "ätardag"). Yeah i've been eating like a full grown horse. That payed off because some hours after my first deadlift PR i hit one more: Deadlift, 185 kg x 1 (PR.

92. Yesterday 2 km in about 12.55. Today 1 mile in just over 10 minutes, if I remember right. Something like that anyway..

Yesterday spinning 15 min standing on harder resistance then before. With warm up and cool down..

Today a 2.4 km walk w/ the dog. + :

RH, CoC 3, powerful single.

LH, CoC 2, solid 2 repper.

Deadlift:

170 kg x 1

185 kg x 1 (ugly) (Touched PR)

Gone up to 97 as of today on the running streak. Jogged twice 2 of the days since last update, 4 km in low 8 km/h and 2 km in somewhere between 13.30 and 14.00. 100 days on Monday - I better not get sick or whatnot !

Weight today up 0.4 kg from last week. I think I am again on the right track, now, though.

Lifted 186 kg (410 lbs) in Mixed Grip Deadlift today (PR).

Now my buddy Wigge the Golden Retriever has arrived :D

Today will be day 122 on the Running Streak.

Worked Triceps and Shoulders today. To note increase weight in Crucifix next time. Did +1 min today w/ 5 kg plates.

Getting back at bw squats. Did 100 reps in 3 min yesterday in Hindu Squats.

From yesterday til Thursday working 2-3 times a day 1 set in Deadlift and Barbell Curls. 171 kg in deadlift 1 rep and 1-2 rep in b c with 40 kg.

ΔΔ I mean Wednesday.

To note: Did 57-59 hindu squats in 01.30 today. Focusing on getting desirable depth, parallell or beyond, but not til hamstring touch calfes. I do this mainly for conditioning and want speed.

Now I have jogged everyday for 4 months :D Today will be day 125.

Down 0.6 kg from last week, same weight as 2 weeks ago.
