Thanks! That was two years ago lol. Got it up to 505x5 about a year ago, but stopped pulling consistently after that. Working on 600 by the end of summer.

Deadlifts:

135x10

225x8

225x8

455x3

455x3

I know that looks like a lot of sets, which might lead you to believe that I'm overtraining my back, but sometimes I like to whip out crazy volume to stimulate new growth.

Dug the grippers out for the first time in forever. Still able to close the 3.5 righty and just barely missed it lefty with a wide set. Toying with the idea of hitting the MM ladder again.

This is almost sad:

Good to see you back posting. I'm a gripper guy and it would be cool seeing you train for the MM ladder again.

Only had time to bench today.

Bench:

135x8

225x5

315x5

315x5

315x5

315x5

315x5

315x5

315x5

315x5

315x5

315x3+2

Bench has been skyrocketing lately. Made some changes to my benching habits at the beginning of summer and so far they've been paying off.

Dam, that is a ton of sets and reps with 315. Really strong dude.

Thanks dude. I've been trying to up the weight while retaining some volume instead of just favoring weight over reps like I used to. Adding weight seems to be easier and more consistent when I'm only adding about 5lb a week spread over a lot more sets. Completely cut out all tricep isolation work as well.

Wow, so your gripper "base strength" without training them is a #3.5 close ??? That is amazing!

That may be my baseline without focusing on grip specifically, but it's probably been maintained from lifting heavy in the mean time.

Did some screwing around stuff today.

500x1 DO deadlift, followed by two singles alt. grip.

BBE x two singles righty, 2 very close misses lefty (sucks that I used to rep this lefty)

#3 x 5R, 3L

Skin needs to get used to grippers again. They hurt more than I remember haha.

225x5

315x4

325x5

325x5

325x5

Still adhering to the "less is more" philosophy with this. Left pec tendon felt pretty sore for the entire week after the 50 total reps with 315, but it felt pretty good today despite the increase in weight. I think I'm going to make every Friday a light day and every Monday heavy.

Toyed with grippers again a little bit. Did a few reps with the #3 with both hands, then just did a bunch of singles with my #3.5 and BBE. Muscle memory seems to be kicking in now, as they both started to feel a little pedestrian.
