Paul caught you, buddy. He pulled a 242, if I remember correctly, the other night. I couldn't break ground with it.

Two nights ago:

Again, Paul and I did so much it's hard to recall everything. The Sleeping Giant did a set of 201 x 3 on super strict wrist curls on a flat bench!!! This was Paul's first try at the lift. :blink

Grippers

166 x 3 parallel choker

missed my 185 parallel choker

Bench Press

249 x 8

- pulled two Blob50s simultaneously

- pulled several others before this

Euro Pinch

193 x 8

- got stuck well past ninety with a 1/2" x 6" aluminum bar

- missed 185 on a wrist curl (my best ever on this is 191)

Several others?! Eric lifted it alot. Most get tired towards the end of their workout - I think Eric gets stronger! :whacked

Today I did a little practice with setting grippers and also closed my 185 pounder in a choker.

Then I took a 6" Edgin to about 80 degrees. I then bent a piece of 670 pound 6" steel, which was a battle on the crush.

And finally I did some figure eights with a pair of 35s.

Bench Press

281 x 2

1 5/8" Hammer Curls

68 x 7 each hand

Then I did a calibration "workout" for Tim Tolbert, working up to a 915 pound pull to calibrate a piece of 1/2 x 8" hrs. It actually calibrated at 910.

Euro Pinch

220 x 1 x 2

204 x 3

Grippers

177 x 1 chokered

185 x 1 chokered

166 x 3 chokered

Then we ran through the Milfeld Mega Medley. I still can't get the heavier front lever. I also lifted the Blob a few extra times and did a few extra pulls with a 150+ 2.5" loadable dumbbell.

Long Bar Bending

3/4" x 48" to past parallel

5/8" x 28" to just shy of ninety degrees
