Morgan and Magnus- Thank you guys for the encouragment! I will try to get video when anything 400+ goes up.

021809

Back Squat:

135 x 4, 225 x 4, 315 x 4, 405 x 4, 455 x 4, 500 x 4, 550 x 4, 450 x 4

The hip is not 100% but felt good enough to back squat today. This went better than I expected.

Zercher Squat:

135 x 4, 225 x 4, 315 x 4, 405 x 4, 455 x 1, 365 x 4

I can't tell if its the mid back (i.e. like with front squats) or the arms that give out first with this exercise b/c there is plenty of leg/hip strength there. I wanted to go for more reps with the 455 but was struggling to keep it in the arms and not dump it forward half way up.

Seated Calf Raise:

45 x 8, 135 x 8, 225 x 8

3 x 8 x 315

Incline Sit Up:

10 x bw, 10 x bw+35, 10 x bw+25, 10 x bw

Chris- thanks bro, how is the training coming along? Would like to see you post more of your stuff.

022109

Deadlift Medley:

BB- 135 x 2, 245 x 2, 325 x 3, 445 x 2, 535 x 2 W/U

Side Handled (SH, pick was same height as barbell), AA Axle, Barbell

SH 475 x 4 / AA 395 x 3 / BB 625 x 2

SH 600 x 4 / AA 500 x 3 / BB 600 x 2

SH 500 x 4 / AA 400 x 3 / BB 550 x 2

This was much more difficult than I would have expected. Pulling reps and running to different implements was challenging. All sets were done much slower than I like.

Yoke:

all 45-50ft runs

390, 570, 770, 860, 660

I think 860 was a beltless PR.

Stones:

150, 230, 265 doubles W/U

all series are 3 boxes going from 62", 58", 52" in order respectively

series 150, 235, 265 no tack

series 235, 265, 315(miss) no tack

315, 335, 365 all doubles tack

series 265, 315, 335 tack

series 315, 335, 365, 315, 335, 365(miss) tack

series 265, 335, 365, 265, 335, 365, 265, 335, 365 tack w/ vet wrap and athletic tape

The last set was done fairly quickly, probably in ~75s. I tried out vet wrap and athletic tape on the forearms. The tacky held on great and every stone felt solid! I will definately do this for an serious stone from now on.

80ft runs

240, 330, 440, 530, 620 w/ 1 drop, 620 x 50ft

I don't what is going on but this just doesn't feel right in the arms at all. Every set was sliding down; still need to experiment with some different techniques and get this to feel comfortable.

added some new gear today; used inzer elbow sleeves for the log press but I still think I could get the same reps w/out simply b/c the upperbody gives out before the arms do.
