carusom1
CSM Axle Clean once and Press: 315 x 11 I was only given credit for 10 but I swear I had 11 damn it! Deadlift Medley: 600 AA x 3, 700 16" BB x 2, 800 18" Frame x 1, 14" Car x 1 This was the heavist car I have ever lifted. Conan's Wheel: Said to be 800 in the hands, though by the way I added it up this would be closer to 900 and felt like it. This thing was non-adjustable and had a low pick making it brutal. My arms never hurt so bad after this event. 184 ft Overhead Medley: 250 Keg, 315 Log, 160 DB, 305 AA 35.43 sec Had some footing issues and nicked my head with the dumbbell. Load Medley: all 40ft to 56" 250 Keg, 275 Sandbag, 220 Barrel 48.12 Flew with the keg and sandbag then wasted too much time dicking around with the barrel. Stones: all to 54" 300, 315, 340, 370, 465 Loaded 4 in 16.77 and lapped the 5th. I didn't finish where I expected but I was able to qualify for nationals and that will likely be my next move. My elbows and back finally felt good enough to train yesterday. 070409 Sled Drag: 60ft 400, 400, 625, 400 Truck Pull Sim: started with ~850 to 625 75ft SSB Box Squat: 90 x 2, 180 x 6, 270 x 5, 360 x 4, 450 x 1, 450 x 1, 4 x 4 x 360 Wow, this was surprisingly more difficult than I would have guessed. Matt Brouse
Bro, damn good showing at Cali. You're on the cusp and seem to be better every time out. I won't be as ready as I'd like to be but maybe I'll see you in Louisiana. A trick some guys use with the SSB is to cock the handles up as you come up out of the hole. It's a bit of cheating but you're also still fighting the torque on the way down and you don't need to pop it up all the way.

carusom1
You subbing in stuff for the accessory circuit? That aint what I've done on week 1. I did this so I could do everything out of the rack and not have to fight for a machine while on the time circuit. I was going to throw cleans in there but my left arm is not having it yet, so instead I think I'll put clean pulls in there.
