Chris- thanks! I was actually more surprised with the blob lift more than anything else. Hope your trainging is going well, are you thinking of competing at Rochester?

I tossed it around.. it sounds like fun.. I doubt it though.. MN state is almost a definite though.. you?

I won't be able to make it to Rochester. MN State is the same day as California so I won't be able to make that one either. Good luck, hope to see you some time this summer.

Axle Press (push jerk):

125 x 5, 175 x 5, 215 x 4, 265 x 3, 305 x 1 W/U

315 x 10, 215 x 5, 355 x 3

I wanted to see where I was at with this. I'm glad I did because it shows how much I need to improve. I've been doing so much strict pressing that my form is off and the push jerk is way too slow. Need to throw some weight on there and get the speed up. My goal here with 315 is 13-15 reps (60 sec).

DB Row:

60 x 5, 110 x 5 W/U

Surprised to see the BTN in there... shoulder mobility improving?

How do you do the arm over arm? Is it a tripod like in magnus samualsons video? And do you have your car aparatus atached to different cars to pratice? What's are the bands for?

Rico

The arm over arm was with a 1.5" rope and we used a Ram 1500 up a slight incline. The bands are for added progressive resistance.
