Thanks, I just started really training grip about two months ago or so so i don't know that i am a student of anything yet... Still a kid in a candy store. Just started bending too and thats fun. Don't have a 2.5 or i would try that. Hopefully I will get the #3 sometime next year... we will see.

OK, I've discovered there is some technique involved in doing this. I've also found how much easier it is to get accurate times if you're not timing yourself... my roommates think I'm crazy, but they were willing to man the stopwatch. ;)

LH, CoC#1, 16 seconds

RH, CoC#1, 17 seconds

Ok so I decided to try this when fairly fresh and knocked out a great time, then realized my stupid camera batterie died 5 seconds in. So I redid it after a few minutes rest and still got a good PR. this is what I got. I tried to show the #2 but the lighting and all was bad, also please excuse the shirtlessness, this was kinda spur of the moment.

14 seconds on left http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_PeviEHxbI...re=channel_page

and ~38 second with right.
