ox3782 Posted August 10, 2008 Share Posted August 10, 2008 Alright I did the hold with the #3 today during Josh and I workout I give it 22 seconds by counting on the video,I have never calibrated this Gripper it is the one I certed on in 2005 I would say its a normal straight up #3.Thanks for keeping the list Hugo this is fun stuff and good Idea Lloyd.I will work on improving this with tougher grippers plus I am going to build my own calibrator in a few weeks so I will have some numbers to share!!! I should have my BBSM early next week. W. Warehouse has charged my card and I was told that it was shipping out yesterday. My gripper training at the moment is sucking. I've been really busting ass with the powerlifting stuff, but between job and PL, I leave my house by 6:45 A.M. and return home around 9:30P.M.
