Yeah it sure was this is the one that gets me over the half way point to the 5/16"

I'm going to have to order some more drill rod :mosher I got up to.272 need to rorder the rest

to get me to 5/16"

As soon as I get the 1/4"x7" FBBC sq. down almost there. I just just got

the .290, .295 & .298 drill rod form fastenal. I also ordered some 1/4" hex stainless but that never came in

might have to reorder? just started working on the .290 drill rod prekinked 40*

Hi Robert, You sure have come a long way!!!! I feel compelled to offer the following, but I will not be hurt if you decide not to try it, because every one is different. This is my workout for PRs. Warm up the entire body by shower or some very light cardio, warm up the shoulders using a rubber tube, used like a chest expander, just to the point of the beginning of a pump, do about a dozen push ups on knuckles at varying widths. , leisurely bend about 4 pieces of CRS at 7-7.25", wait a few minutes, then something a little taxing at your Goal length, then after about 5 min or so, Lay into the STEEL. :mosher I think you already have the square in you :mosher

Thanks Mike, I'm feeling real confident in the sqaure right now going to give it a shot tomorrow . This was my goal bend going into

the BBB3 contest. Right now I don't want change anything going into the contest. But after the contest I will give it a try

maybe this will help me to the next level. So your saying 4pcs. I was thinking 5/16"x7" HRS to warm-up then maybe the 9/32"x7" drill rod

then the a goal bend right now that would be the .290 drill rod.

6 min. later prekink another 10* for a total of 15* got it in 18 sec. so I'm almost there

1 - .290"x7" d.r. prekinked 35* DO 35 sec.

1 - 5/16"x7" CRS prekinked 4.25" from close got it about 2 min.

1 - 1/4"x6.25 stainless 21 sec. IMpads

1 - 1/4"x5" CRS 12 sec. new pr

1 double bend 1TT USA + 1TT CHINA taped together 9 sec.

3 - double bends 2TTs CHINA taped together in a row 23 sec. new pr
