Honestly who cares about the DO bending, your reverse bending is top notch. Very impressive!

Have you tried the wrist developer? I'm sure you would get at least level 13, maybe higher.

No, I haven't tried the wrist developer yet. Definitely want to buy one eventually.

Forgot to post my lifts from Arm Lifting USA Super series stage 1

125kg class, my first time using a Raptor

161lbs 2" Raptor

275lbs Blue Fat Gripz DL.

191lbs Hilt

Super happy with the Hilt lift, disappointed in the Fat Gripz and feeling ok about the Raptor. I ended up finishing 8th out of 13 in my class. Definitely feeling better about stage 2 but let's see what happens.

Two hand with 3-5 second hold at top

Fat Gripz are dumb, gotta up that one arm lift for stage 2. 

Gotta set up my garage better for deadlifts, was 2" from a wall 😂.

Bending

Attempt to move a wobbled 8.8, maybe moved 1-3°. Tried a new Hexabastard and got it 15°. I think I got it fresh.

Hub and bending

IM hub

Worked up to 65 then tried 70 a few times. Got it off the ground a bunch but not more that 2".

58x4,4

Bending

DO 

A2x5.5 IMP's 

Pre kinked Hexabastard finished IMP's and leather 

Hexabastard in 20 min. Kinked it, thought I was done then gave it another shot and got it. I'm really close to getting this in less than 5. 

Reverse grip - A2x6 IMP's 

DU- 4.8 IMP's 

The A2's and 4.8 are Horrido bolts so 5/16x7~

Really happy with how the A2x5.5" went, gonna try a 5" next. My DU is absolutely awful compared to DO and RG. Gotta work on it.

Thanks, I already ordered some IMPs (will take ~3 weeks to get them). I hope my right wrist will be ok that time...

 

Btw, are you still after the Red cert? With those new crazy rules, your reverse power might help a lot.

I have no intention on doing any Ironmind certs at the moment. I could probably train for 1-2 months and get the #3 but all the stuff they pulled with the nail rosters really left a bad taste in my mouth. 

Maybe down the road I'll go for the Red again but I'd rather bend the Horrido 8.8.

Horrido A2 cut to 5" failed at about 90. Need better technique, might try again in a few weeks.

I supersetted that with Barbell rows, sets of 12 with the weight that was on for FG.

That P drill rod was a huge bend especially with that padding! Should be about the same as the hexabastard, or even harder.

Yea, they're very close, I think it just depends on what your strength is. The kink on the drill rod is easier but the sweep and crush get a lot harder. And I feel like it's the complete opposite with the hex, strong kink then it just goes after that.

225x8x3 last rep paused. Should have went heavier or increased the reps.

Grippers

Left- a few singles with 148rgc #3 

Ghp block set with 138rgc standard Iron

Right- 158 RGC 3.5 two singles

164rgc cobalt two very close attempts

170rgc choked 3.5 closed once and missed once

148rgc #3 ghp block set close.

Reverse grip bending

9/32x6.5 drill rod

Moose bar (5/16x7 CRS)

 

First time on grippers since June, felt good. I don't really train reverse grip bending but I might try and throw it in once a week.
