Great work at the Super Series dude! You thinking about doing worlds in Vegas?

Thanks man!

I think that's invite only and I'm most likely not getting invited. Didn't do too hot on stage 1 (125kg weight class).

Killer close on that 167! You're becoming a force in grip sport dude.  Im interested to see how you do at KK.

Good call getting on 5/3/1 it's a great methodology. When I was a powerlifter I used Brian Carrolls 10/20 life for programming ideas and it worked well. Very similar to Wendlers 5/3/1 concepts. Really good if you respond well to less volume.

I was a little too young to appreciate it but still remember that era... That was such a great era for wrestling.   I miss it.

Thanks man! I can't wait for KK. I'm doing the Skillit hands comp at the end of this month. It's the same events as KK except 2 hand Flask and no LBH.

Yea, I was tired of just making stuff up each workout so I decided to go back to 531. Don't really have any powerlifting goals, just wanna keep busy.

@ZRMMAhelped me slam blobs and plates into my lawn yesterday. We traded some blobs and other grip stuff.

I managed a few legacy 100&105 lifts then attempted the 100 Next Gen a bunch. Got it off the ground every time but no go on the lockouts.

Did a few 45lb hub snatches and manager to do 3 in a row with 3 different hubs. The Rouge one is super slick so I'm pretty happy about getting that one.

Also lifted a 45lb plate by the rim with my pinky. Pretty cool lift.

Nice.  Have same AA wrench but originally got one with the grip tape.

Think I'm gonna get the standard one soon.

I have one too.. A very generous member gifted me one they trained on. Haven't used it much yet since Jedd doesn't have it in my routine. But man its intense.. First time I used it with just my 28lbs kettlebell, the pressure it put on my thumb was crazy.

Getting 100lbs on it is a goal of mine down the road.

@stranger pov videos are my fav!

Just realized I didn't post the 85lb lift lol.

100's huge! I had not clue to how hard it was, put it on after top set with grab ball (148) lol glued to the ground then we worked up from 45
