I like your C2 rowing machine.  I finally found a cardio I enjoy doing when I got one.

The C2 isn't mine, it's my buddy Kev's. Wish I had room for one.

Compeated at SkillitHands 2 challenge yesterday at FeatsofAlex's house in NY 

2 hand flask-207

Grabball 160

2.25 crusher 154 

Finnishball 68 

Very happy with the Flask and Finnishball, feel good about the grabball and disappointed in crusher. 

Afterwards I crushed some hub feats on Alex's Marcy 45's.

60lb lift

Multiple transfers back and forth

Clap transfer 

Hub cycle (lift, Clen, curl and snatch) 

And person to person transfer with the help of @temmmeeee

135,155,175,155 and 135 all for 10

Barbell curls

Bar- bunch of sets and reps, very controlled in the way down. 

King Kong prep, week 1

Flask 75x6x2 hold on second reps 1-2 seconds 

RGT 121x6x2 hold second rep 1-2 sec, last couple were about 2-3 second

LBH 125x6x2 hold second rep 

Hand feels weird/ hurt on LBH. Also controlling the first rep as well but no hold at the top.

From yesterday

Well, it was supposed to be a rest day but my Holle bells came in soo......

I got a 50kg and a 64kg

Did some lifts with both. The 64 is tough but doable. Gotta work on keeping it level. Managed a 64inch and legacy blob comb lift as well.
