King Kong prep, week 1 Flask 75x6x2 hold on second reps 1-2 seconds RGT 121x6x2 hold second rep 1-2 sec, last couple were about 2-3 second LBH 125x6x2 hold second rep Hand feels weird/ hurt on LBH. I got a 50kg and a 64kg Did some lifts with both. The 64 is tough but doable. Gotta work on keeping it level.
