I can't, because my gym only has dumbells that go up to 140lbs. Really!!

Well, in my own case, I'm hammer curling 40lbs and trying to go up to 45 soon... in the EZ bar I was using the 80lbs the last time I tried them - but I quit on them, and I'm now doing chins twice a week.

So, if it's the same ratio as mine, you'd be EZ-bar curling nearly 300lbs? :ohmy

Probably not. I weigh 300 and if I tried to curl that, it would pull me over. Maybe 185 pounds tops, on a straight or EZ-curl bar. I only use between 80-90 pounds on a regular dumbell curl. Hey, if you only have 140 pound dumbells at your gym, then you can do a couple of reps! :laugh

Back/Gripping day today.

Front Lat Pulldowns (Wide Underhand Grip)

5 sets of 5 reps @ 285 pounds.

**Rest was 2.5 minutes between sets.**

One Arm Dumbell Rows

5 sets of 5 reps @ 175 pounds.

3 sets of 3 reps @ 205 pounds. HEAVY

**No room on the dumbell to go from 175 to 185/195, so I jumped to 205. Rest was 2.5 minutes between sets.**

That's a big dumbell you're rowing bro... jeez.

I'm doing pendlay rows instead of dumbell rows because I felt with the dumbells it's almost impossible not to cheat. Would you say you were rowing that 205lbs dumbell strictly??

Not as strict as the 175. 175 was smooth and strict. On the 205, I lifted my shoulder from a horizontal plane, a bit at the top. 185 would have been the ticket tonight. :rock

Gripping day today.

Inverted Handle Grip Machine SEE IT HERE

1 sets of 3 reps @ 60 pounds fully closed.

1 sets of 3 reps @ 85 pounds fully closed.

1 sets of 3 reps @ 110 pounds fully closed.

1 sets of 3 reps @ 135 pounds fully closed.

1 sets of 3 reps @ 160 pounds fully closed.

5 sets of 3 reps @ 185 pounds fully closed.

**One hand at a time. Assisted left a bit on 185. 60-185 was performed at top of handle. Rest was 1.5 minutes between sets.**

If you don't mind me asking..... You're close on the #4, right? Well, wouldn't some pinky/ring finger strength help more than inverted closes, which place enphasis (sp?) on the top two fingers? Why did you make it inverted? Just curious! :)

I can still just do ring and pinkie closes and negatives on the machine. It was made that way, as it was the easiest way to convert the leg extension/leg curl attachment.

Chest day today.

Flat Barbell Bench Press

1 sets of 3 reps @ 300 pounds.

1 sets of 3 reps @ 320 pounds.

1 sets of 3 reps @ 330 pounds.

3 sets of 3 reps @ 320 pounds.

**Free weight, 2.5 minute rest in between each set.**

Flat Barbell Bench Press Lockouts

5 sets of 3 reps @ 410 pounds.

**Elbows at 90* to full lockout. Free weight, 2.5 minute rest in between each set.**

test was a Firefox test. I changed some settings. :whistel
