Some of these are old entries from the other board, but I thought I would post them to get feedback and tips from the gripping veterans on this board. :D

A very humbling experience tonight. I did plate wrist curls using the 25's... WOW! I haven't felt a pump like that in a while.

I started the night with putting new hockey tape on my Ivanko SuperGripper. I then did the following:

2 x 6 closed reps @ 303

2 x 2 closed reps @ 323 (Hooray!)

4 x 6 closed reps @ 303

10 second holds @ 345

6 x 6 reps sledge raise to the front @ 22"

6 x 6 reps plate wrist curls @ 25

I can hardly type!

6 sets of 6 reps @70 pounds

One Arm Cable Concentration Curl

6 sets of 6 reps @ 65 pounds

Close Grip Bench Press (Free Weight Straight Barbell)

6 sets of 6 reps @ 240 pounds - felt light but had no spotter

Lying French Press (Free Weight EZ-Curl Bar)

6 sets of 6 reps @ 150 pounds

Seated Cable Rows (Wide Grip)

6 sets of 6 reps @ 280 pounds - felt a bit easy tonight

It was a quick one tonight, as I worked late. I may add something special to my back workout at the end of the week. I got some 2" PVC and I am going to cut it to fit a dumbell... BRING IT!!!

*Been a long time since I have done these and was trying to find a good working range. Next time I will start at 150 pounds and go 150, 170, 190...*

*Didn't feel like working out, as I think I am getting a cold. Ate a Halls Extra Strong while working out (whew! that thing is strong!) and hit two PR's. You never know...

Seated Cable Rows (Wide Grip)

6 sets of 6 reps @ 300 pounds - felt a bit light, but I don't usually start with this one. I'm going to have to get a solid lat bar, as I can feel this one starting to flex. Or I'll just have to switch to Bent Barbell Rows.

One Arm Dumbell Rows (2-7/8" Thick Handle)

6 sets of 6 reps @ 105 pounds - only 50 pounds to go and I'll be up to my normal rowing weight.
