600 sets of 1 reps @ 48 pounds (300 left and 300 right hand).

1200 sets of 1 reps @ 24 pounds (600 left and 600 right hand).

**Spent 6 hours today, cutting 2x4's on a radial arm saw. Picked up 3 of them at a time in a pinch grip (one handed), caried them to the saw and cut them into 2 equal lengths. Carried the 2 cut lengths of 3, once again in a pinch grip, over to the bander and stacked them in bundles of 25.**

Cardio

Walk 2 hours.

** Part of the above work today.**
