Well well well, if it isn't Fraudwart Sentinel aka the biggest fraud in the universe why don't you work your girly ass legs with some squats instead of these leg presses?

:laugh Ha! Ha! :laugh

I hate squats. Besides, the squat racks were being used by BODYBUILDERS for strict barbell curls and full-extension triceps kickbacks! :yikes

Chest/Gripping day today.

Flat Barbell Bench Press

1 sets of 3 reps @ 310 pounds.

3 sets of 3 reps @ 320 pounds.

2 sets of 3 reps @ 315 pounds.

**Free weight, no spotter, 2 minute rest in between each set.**

Flat Barbell Bench Press Lockouts

6 sets of 3 reps @ 410 pounds.

**Elbows at 90* to full lockout. Free weight, no spotter, 2 minute rest in between each set.**

**2.5 minute rest between sets.**

Pec Deck (Wide Grip)

6 sets of 8 reps @ 317.5 pounds.

**2 minute rest in between each set.**

I kinda figured that out!! Heh! :)

I toyed with my sledge for a bit today, and they're right, your 15.3lb front raise from end of handle (assuming it's a 3 or 36" handle) it's as impressive as a CCS of a #4 !!

Thanks, but not quite equal to a #4 CCS close. Maybe a 20+ pound lift to the front and 30 pounds to the rear? I have no idea what the record is... lifting from ground to parallel, in either front or rear? How about levering down to ear or nose?
