Ha! Ha! I hate squats. Besides, the squat racks were being used by BODYBUILDERS for strict barbell curls and full-extension triceps kickbacks! Thanks, but not quite equal to a #4 CCS close. Maybe a 20+ pound lift to the front and 30 pounds to the rear? I have no idea what the record is... lifting from ground to parallel, in either front or rear? How about levering down to ear or nose?
