Thanks Flo!

It's the distance I jumped over, i.e. I have a line from which I jump from and I place the toes right behind that line.

After the jump I measure from this line to the heels where they land.

So it's the cleared distance.

Didn't feel that strong today with the grippers.

Nevertheless I had 1 or 2 good attempts on the #3 No-Set.

Either or... time is easier to train but walking is much cooler.

I dropped my pinch session today due to some lost skin on the thumb from the last session.

So I played with the 2" vbar instead since I was bored.

Nothing special,

couple of lifts lefty and righty.

Back wasn't too cooperative, the DLs yesterday made it sore today.

@Damien: Sth like 25m would be a HUGE challenge for me, I prolly can do only a couple of meters (if any :unsure ) right now.

I can do prolly a couple of meters now, but might get back to 10m pretty fast so lets go for 25m, who gets it first.

If my shoulder feels good I'll give it a try during my bench session tomorrow.

2-Hand Pinch Euro Setup with gloves

Just to let the skin grow back first.

I used new leather gloves and pinched on the non-seasoned area, very slippery ...

Grippers

Some CC and NS work.

Still couldn't do my hard RB210 righty NS even though its not too hard to CCS.

Spread makes it really awkward to noset.

Good news:

I came very close in CCS my easier RB210 lefty.

I remember having tremendous trouble to close it righty with a CCS.

+ some parallel reps out of the CCS with the M lefty and the RB210 righty (3 reps with both).

Today I seriously addressed one of my races

The standing long jump

Got 8 1/2' (2.60m) with my first jump.

Stupid as I was did I film that jump and filmed over it later. Muhuaaa.

AND: I couldn't replicate that jump but did a couple of others around 2.50m (8.2') which I have on tape, I will post one when back at home.

So Chris needs do get that too in his next session and its a draw.

To be honest, there's no doubt he'll get that one easily. GO Chris! :rock

Handstand Walking

I was thinking about a training method for handstand walking without actually walking in each session.

Here's what I came up with:

I'll stand on the stand and use two block on which I'll get up and down from with my hands whilst standing still on the wall.

I also prekinked two Huge Shiny Bastard and will them try on friday to see if I can move them.
