Was on and got a new PR:

4kg sledge + 0,25kg.

after several singles with the 4kg sledge.

I was still sore from tuesday benching so I focussed on the warmup:

On tuesday I'll go for 5x115kg (253#).

Made a new challenge with Burki: :trout

Totally mad.

Goal is

100x100kg (220#) Squat for him

100x125kg (275#) DL for me

Rests are allowed but the weight can't be dropped during the rests.

We will use two interim goals (100x60kg and 100x80kg for Burki and 100x75kg and 100x100kg for me).

At least that challenge will give us a nice cardio. :yikes

I will go for a set with 75kg later. :whacked

Not sure about my goals yet, I gave my body some volume in the spirit of this challenge, yesterday. I decided to do Axle DO deadlifts and did 105 reps in total in sets of 20, 15, 15, 10, 10, 10, 15 an 10. I got a new feeling in my forearm tendons - nice :rock

Finally unpacked my new 2.5 and 3.5 grippers.

2.5 is slightly under my BBSM:

Got 8 and 10 parallel reps out of it. Video

3.5 feels Elitish.

Missed it by ~3/8", bad boy.

Even on an on day I'm probably still at least 1/4" off.

Besides this I received the calibrator from Dave today! :rock

Still need to mount it somehow on my powerrack to start grippers maesurement.

Nice repping on the 2.5 Franky :rock My 2.5 is under my SM as well and my 3.5 is nasty :D I sent out all of my grippers to Climber to have them calibrated.

Very happy since my lefty seemed frozen at 22.5kg.

Scott Curls

Lefty:

20kg x 4(PR),4,3

Righty:

25kg x 4,3,3

Very happy with my lefty again. It made a little jump. Last workout I got 2 reps and was happy, today already 4.

Very good benching, Bro. You're making quick progress. The Video looked good to me, the weight came up easily. I think you are close to the 300 pounds max now!

Flo, thanks for the kind words.

When using the Epley Formula, 5x115 is about 1 x 134kg (295#) so I really might be close.

I continue my current program til I get 5x120kg (264#), then I probably max out again.
