      Super cool to see another adjustable gripper out there. Did you play around with the ratings with the extensions at all? I imagine a similar attachment could be made for use with chokered grippers to extend them a bit.

      21 isometric hits on a kerckhaert SSP #3 8x22 Got a little bit of movement, didn't expect any.  Filmed every hit, compared technique to some other videos of some very good guys like David wrigren, and Vladislav Scherbakov.  I showed the footage to David, and he gave me some very good tips. They should help out a lot, he's been great to me.  My technique is still very bad, absolute garbage, but doing the isometrics forces me to take a better position, and it's a great workout.  I'll be doing more shoe attempts when the bruising on my leg heals, I feel like I learned a lot today, and I'm very sore. Big gains for sure.

      Workout 5/23/24: Overhead press: 80kg / 177lb (PR) Neutral Grip Bench Press: 30kg x10 | 50x10 | 60x10 | 70x10 Last day of the testing week ends in a final PR. Not a huge one, and I really had to fight for it, but it was a PR nonetheless. Long term goal is a BW overhead press; I’ve got a ways to go.  I played around with neutral grip bench press because I am thinking of doing it in the next cycle. I wanted to get a feel for what a heavy 10 would feel like.  Saturday is the last day before starting the next cycle. I think I’ll just do some lighter/medium squatting and deadlifting.

      New Gear from the Grip Genie Garage Sale and The Grip Show 05-23-2024 This past weekend, Jujimufu had a Grip Genie Garage Sale where I picked up a Mandalorian GG3 gripper (unrated - average RGC 89), Storm Trooper GG4 gripper (unrated - avergae RGC 114), and Darth Vader GG6 (unrated - average RGC 181).  I missed the boat when these originally dropped so this was a great second chance for me. And with perfect timing, @ZRMMA from The Grip Show sent me a surprise in the mail--set blocks for my gripper work!  They look awesome and will get featured prominently in my grip collection. Everything arrived over the past two days so tonight was my first chance to try it all out.  Here was the batting order:   •  Mandalorian GG3 - Credit Card Set   •  Storm Trooper GG4 - 20mm Block Set   •  IronMind Captains of Crush #2 (RGC 93) [lowest ever rated by @Cannon at Cannon PowerWorks] - 38mm Block Set   •  Mandalorian GG3 - 38mm Block Set   •  Mandalorian GG3 - 20mm Block Set BONUS FOOTAGE: IronMind Captains of Crush #2 (RGC 93) – Table No Set
