      Tonight I got my first bright 60d double underhand in 1 hit in gods of grip suede wraps.   Pretty stoked

      Weighted pause pushups with pushup stands - 6x15 20kg/44lb Neck back curls - 6x12 25kg/55lb Incline bench dumbbell rows - 6x12 42.5kg/93.7lb dumbbells - Chest crush armbar - 6x18 max resistance I tried using my Mark Bell elbow cuff but I couldn't get up to the place where it's needed. I bought it in my powerlifting days when I had smaller forearms and biceps. Maybe from next week I can try biceps curls again and see how well my left elbow can take it.

      I have exactly 7in hands and ive been able to clsoe an rgc 185 and CCS a 163rgc Cobalt, and TNS a 151 #3 and i dont think im near my limit on grippers. Im 6'2 so my hands are definitely small for my size.

      Workout 6/13/24: Bench Press: 95kg / 209lb x 3 sets of 6 Overhead Press: 70kg / 154lb x 3 sets of 3 A. Pullups (strict, dead hang): 10, 9, 7, 6 B. Dips: 12, 10, 8, 8 The percentages that are used for bench press just don't seem to carry over for the OHP. The sets tonight called for 3x4-6 at the respective weights, but sets of 4 at 70kg just were not going to happen. I just dropped to sets of 3 and did what I could.  Pullups felt about the same as last week. No significant progress, and I'm sure that's mostly due to not enough weekly volume. The best I have ever progressed on pull-ups (knocking out sets of 15 strict) was when I was doing the warrior pull-up program, but that includes daily pull-ups, and I just can't fit that into my schedule right now. Nor are pull-ups my primary focus at the moment.  I snuck a couple more reps in on my first dip set, but it fatigued me for my last sets.
