      Thank you! I can't remember exactly when they first came out. But I recall thinking they were cool at the time. For some reason (probably because it would take away from my blob budget) I didn't bite. Then I got more into collecting and I regretted not getting them when I had the chance. So I couldn't pass them up when I saw this Garage Sale.

      [b]Friday[/b] @ Powerhouse. Mad as h**l last night (boring reasons) so used that energy in the gym. Still took my time [u]Close Grip Bench Press[/u] to 120kg x 1 with a pause and feet up, 140kg x 1 with a pause and feet up then 170kg/352lbs x 3 x 3 reps which I think might be a set n reps PB s/s [u]One Arm Dumbbell Rows[/u] 50kg/110lbs x 12, 70kg/154lbs x 12, 90kg/198lbs x 12 reps  [u]MiraFit 60mm handle work[/u] to  LH: +83.75kg x 3 x 3 (nice) RH: +91.25kg x 3 x 3 (also nice)

      Started on rower only made 5mins before lower back started screaming    did 10 minutes of foam rolling and 25 mins of lower back and hamstring stretching

      this human of incredible strength crushes coc level 4 which makes me think of magnus samuelson because magnus I saw his video and easily he had 20 rgc more because he had such ease. men in the 230-240 rgc are very rare on this planet
