Just finished day 8 of the program. Right pinky is healing nice and other fingers starting to callus up a little. some pain the the knuckle of my left index finger from setting the grippers in my right hand. switched to using my left palm to help set up to keep some stress off of that joint while it heals up, hopefully stronger. Other than little aches, training is going well. looking forward to the next two days being rest days. This hasn't interfered with my training at the gym, but i usually use versa grips to save my hands and forearms for direct grip work at home.

Left hand feels stronger. Right hand feels about the same right now. Hoping to feel some noticeable improvement Sunday. I was messing around with a 100 pound sand bag, no handles, at the gym today just for something different. Just picking it up and rolling it over my shoulders. That could have a little to do with it. Either way, looking forward to Sunday to see how things go.

RRBT is intense, had to take a little time off. was getting pain in my left fingers and right forearm and bicep. After a short break, retested my maxes on both hands. everything felt good with no pain. Right hand went from 98rgc to 105rgc and left went from 85rgc to 105rgc also. My left hand catching up to my right isn't something i would have expected so soon. Had a near miss on a 111rgc on my right, left was a little further from close though. Very happy with the progress so far. Hoping to work up to a coc2.5 by June or July.

With RRBT being so intense, i need to change something. Either my hands just don't like the high reps or i'm using grippers rated too high, or both. I should tone it down a little and focus more on rep quality/consistency. I'll be starting back where I left off with RRBT tomorrow, hopefully with a little less ego.

Starting to work on a more well rounded grip rather than just focusing on grippers alone. Some of these implements I've had for a while but never really used them. This is all new to me so any critique is more than welcome. I ordered a Napalm's Nightmare that i'll rotate with the RGT. I'm up to 45 cards although not very clean. hope to hit 52 a full deck next week. I have a long way to grow but happy to have started grip. Grip is fun.

Took a few days rest because of my left hand not really feeling it. I warmed up the last few days to attempt a workout, but the ring and middle finger would give out at heavier weights. Today, i felt healed up and had a good workout.

Grippers today. I was going to rest today and do pinch tomorrow but realized i haven't done grippers in a while. I spent the last few hours off and on spinning some steel dexterity balls i got from barrel strength systems. Hands felt really nice after this which will probably become the main component of my warmups. I'm glad i jumped up and started on grippers today. Best gripper workout yet. I lowered the volume today and I'll keep the volume lower over the next few weeks to see how I recover.

All closes MMS other than the 20mm choked gripper. First time closing a 111rgc with my left hand and first time in a few weeks with my right hand. I might send my 71rgc and 85rgc to get filed next week.

Wasn't really in the zone today, but still happy with the progress. RT and WW went up in weight. No improvement on grippers this time.

I'm liking pinch a lot more than thick bar now, although i don't have many thick bar implements right now. I have a napalm's nightmare with almost a full set of handles on the way, can't wait to start training on that.

Grippers today, all MMS. Video with a few attempts along with a card tear and a new dynamic pinch tool that i saw Dubyagrip demonstrate a couple weeks ago in his log. So far, I like it better than the TTK.

Got Napalm's Nightmare in the mail yesterday and getting a one hand nightmare today. Short workout today and might do a little pinch tomorrow. I have dental implant surgery Monday so may not feel like doing much for the few days after.

Grippers today. Light workout, MMS. Dental implant healing up nice so far. Two months ago I had an implant done and thought the antibiotics were giving me headaches, but wasn't sure. Now I'm pretty sure because it happening again. Oh well. It will only last about a week and I'll be back to normal.

Grippers again, followed by my new little big horn. Middle finger on my left hand feels sore but not sure why, so it was a little weak today. Got really close to closing a coc2.5 for the first time today. Should have it soon.

Pinch today. Dental implant healing up nice. No more pain or headaches. 2 stitches fell out, one left to go. Napalm's Nightmare 3" pinch went up 15 pounds. No improvement on Flask, but i was getting tired so maybe next time. Good late workout.
