Great squatting, that's must be about double of your bw. And 4 plates just feels nice and clean!

Awesome stuff. I’d love to be pulling off stuff like this in the next couple of years.

Also, how do you like using an SSB? I have never used one, but I have wondered about getting one for some additional squat work.

You for sure don’t need it but it you like to spend more money than you need on gym equipment it is nice. I squat twice a week once with a power bar and once with the SSB and it is way more comfortable and enjoyable to squat with the SSB. I like having one.

I think I need to start squatting twice a week again.  I was when I was doing Candito 6-week a little while back, and I seemed to respond well. It seems like my body can adapt best to 2x/week squatting and 1x/week deadlift (+1/week deadlift variation). I was thinking of getting the SSB for move volume-style stuff, like 6-10s, where it would be more comfortable for that kind of thing. Then the other day would be typical back squat. I tried doing volume front squat, but I felt like my legs were not the limiting factor when trying to do high rep front squat.
