Doing super series stage 1 this weekend so I’m taking it a little easier this week to hopefully have a few more pounds in me at competition.

How do you like the bells of steel rack? I'm looking to get that one soon, heard good things!

I really like it it’s the cheapest option for me especially because I could pick it up 30 mins from my house and not pay shipping. They have a 3x3 version now that looks even better but the one I have is way heavier than I’ll ever need anyways. Been using it probably almost 3 years now with no issues.

Nice work.

In Eric Roussins interview on Gripsport Latino he said some lifts, sometimes he just breaks the ground a couple inches and thats ok. Because if he can do that he knows on comp day he's gonna lift it. That looks like 5" off the ground roughly. So good work.

Not sure if you train with them or something similar. But I love those Microgainz plates.. I'm not affiliated and i'm sure theres other companies those where just the ones Jedd recommended.

Best investment for grip in my opinion. Like if you got 200.7lbs like that. 199.7lbs could very well be a complete lift for you.

I have fractional plates .25, .75, and 1 I think they area really nice for taking small jumps.

Thats good. I know they are nothing new, I just never thought to buy them.  But they've been so useful for me.
