My skeleton keys are works of art and too nice to scratch up. But I do have an old Block-Aid I could use...
mcalpine1986
I've just had another extra grip workout today. I've just hand filed my old coc 1.5, I dont have a vice or anything to clamp it down so I just had to grip it with one hand braced against a block and go at it. It took about 20 mins and my forearms and hands were crazy pumped. My old 1.5 was peglegged so I filed the shorter side so its more difficult. I tried to get it as close to my new Filed COC 2. Considering I didn't have a vice it's turned out ok I think. It ain't pretty but It'll do the job anyway. Beforehand on the peglegged 1.5 I could do 20 reps on the easier and 15 on the harder side. It'll be interesting to see how many I can get with this now. Edited December 12, 2023 by mcalpine1986

mcalpine1986
So I ordered myself an early Xmas present from CPW. It was picked up from Minnesota at 14.48 on the 20th and it arrived here in Newcastle upon Tyne England at 10:57 on the 22nd. Less than 2 days to do the thick end of 4000 miles. That's a record for me ordering something from USA. It was DPD, my mind was blown it came so fast I can't wait to start training with this next year. Nice work and progress on the copper. I bet you enjoyed the time off. Some time this year i'd like to take a couple weeks off. But I get really ornery when I dont exercise so not sure how that would go. 1

I needed the rest and did enjoy it but i was itching to get back to training. I had to force myself to rest as I hate not training. That's why i always rest at Xmas as I'm off work and can totally rest and get all fat and boozy I really enjoy myself. No more beer, wine or junk food now though. mcalpine1986
Legs today but I CBA to write it out. I only detail grip and arm workouts here. In other news, I traded one of my GHP 6s for a 7 rated 140lbs which is a desirable rating. I like rounded figures. I'm not at this level yet but will be in time. Nice to add to the collection.
