I have a Coin Lift from @Cannon that I may repurpose for "Junior" Silver Bullet holds (with only a pound or two) to work that range (or at least periodically test it).

The skeleton key was meant to be used as a challenging strap hold too. :)

My skeleton keys are works of art and too nice to scratch up.  But I do have an old Block-Aid I could use...  😇

I've just had another extra grip workout today. I've just hand filed my old coc 1.5, I dont have a vice or anything to clamp it down so I just had to grip it with one hand braced against a block and go at it. It took about 20 mins and my forearms and hands were crazy pumped.

My old 1.5 was peglegged so I filed the shorter side so its more difficult. I tried to get it as close to my new Filed COC 2. Considering I didn't have a vice it's turned out ok I think. It ain't pretty but It'll do the job anyway.

Beforehand on the peglegged 1.5 I could do 20 reps on the easier and 15 on the harder side. It'll be interesting to see how many I can get with this now.

Nothing like a lamb jalfrezi to keep the cold out 🤣

Thanks 👍

So I ordered myself an early Xmas present from CPW. It was picked up from Minnesota at 14.48 on the 20th and it arrived here in Newcastle upon Tyne England at 10:57 on the 22nd. Less than 2 days to do the thick end of 4000 miles. That's a record for me ordering something from USA. It was DPD, my mind was blown it came so fast 🤯

I can't wait to start training with this next year.

Nice work and progress on the copper. I bet you enjoyed the time off.

Some time this year i'd like to take a couple weeks off.  But I get really ornery when I dont exercise so not sure how that would go.

Thanks man, appreciate it.

I needed the rest and did enjoy it but i was itching to get back to training. I had to force myself to rest as I hate not training. That's why i always rest at Xmas as I'm off work and can totally rest and get all fat and boozy 🤣 I really enjoy myself. No more beer, wine or junk food now though.

Legs today but I CBA to write it out. I only detail grip and arm workouts here.

In other news, I traded one of my GHP 6s for a 7 rated 140lbs which is a desirable rating. I like rounded figures. I'm not at this level yet but will be in time. Nice to add to the collection.

Thanks John, To me and many others GHP's are the best grippers out there. It's a real shame they won't ever be produced again.
