Manchmal gehts schneller als man denkt - wenn man erstmal richtig im Training angekommen ist! Dat klappt sicher!!

* Felt very strong today. Don't know why. Perhaps i was primed by the heavy resistance from monday. Changed my warm up from 10 x 53 #, 5 x 68 #, 3 x  77 #, 1 x 88 # to just 10 x 53#, 5 x 77 #, 3 x 98 #. I am very satisfied today!

I closed my first # 2,5 ever today but i am still a little disapointet. I missed the 120 pounds # 2,5 three times. The first two tries were very close ( about 1 mm ). I was sure to get it. 117 pounds felt relatively easy.

 

Congrats on your first #2.5 close!  I'm about 3 weeks behind on this.  You have some pretty hard #2s at 112lbs and 114lbs.

Thank you Ben! Yes these are pretty heavy. I have a lot of grippers. Have you seen my list in the "RGC Ratings" topic? From 127 to 160 i have COC's for every pound only missing 138 and 141. I think this is an ideal condition for your singles program.

* I knew before i started today that i was not recovered from wednesday. But i wanted to train anyway. The 120 miss was not close at all. My setting was very bad today. I have to do more heavy set practice again. I was to tired to do any accessorie exercises after the 10 sets. Three times a week is probably to much for the 10 singles program.
