Jörg Keilbach Posted August 29, 2016 Author Share Posted August 29, 2016 Due to my new job ( old peoples nurse ) which is very physical demanding and some mobility issues with my right hip i have not done much regular stuf since March. Just some upper body cable work and the last few weeks some club work. Grip was also just some mantainance gripper work. Just a few closes once or twice a week.
