Do You do the TTK two- or onehanded? Normal or keypinch style?

This was twohanded keypinch style Burkhard.

OK, I do it the same way! Give band resistance a try! Only problem is to measure the progress but it feels good!

Feels good! I started doing different range partiales. Full range keypinch allways hurts the knuckel of my index finger.

😀 you can microload it this way.

Until now I never put a plate on when I was training vs band resistance - must feel pretty tough!!

We. 02.03.2016

Grippers ( MMS )

3 x # 2 ( 109 )

2 x 2/3 x # 2 ( 109 )

Franenstein Elite Isometric Holds

3 x 5 sec. x level 5

Frankenstein Advanced Last Two Fingers Isometric Holds

3 x 5 sec. x level 2

TTK *

8 x 6,25 + 2 bands

6 x 6,25 + 2 bands

3x 10 x 6,25 + 2 bands

The second band made it much tougher! At the first two sets the closing distance was 4 cm as usual and only 2 cm at the last three sets. I feel theshorter distance much more at my thumb pad. I will do the 2 cm distance from now on.

Grippers ( MMS )

1 x # 2 ( 98 )

1 x # 2 ( 105 )

1 x # 2 ( 109 )

1 x # 2 ( 112 )

1 x # 2 ( 114 )

1 x # 2,5 ( 117 )

TTK

5 x 15 x 6,25 + 2 bands

I closed my first # 2,5 ever today but i am still a little disapointet. I missed the 120 pounds # 2,5 three times. The first two tries were very close ( about 1 mm ). I was sure to get it. 117 pounds felt relatively easy.

Congrats on closing the 2.5. Sounds like the harder one is going down soon. You probably wouldn't have gotten it if you hasn't tried the 117 first.

Very nice, Jörg! I think that was just a bad gripper setting. At the end of the week it will be closed. Keep up the good work!
