Monday: Grippers and a few squats

Going to start doing these 1 day on and 2 off as I was much stronger today than last week doing every other day...

Thanks Manthos! The BBGM I have is pretty tough, but the #3 I have is a beast! I'll give my #3 another go next week just to see where I'm at on it. Yes, The BB extended handle grippers are EXCELLENT! I was hesitant to buy one at 1st and said "what the hell" and ordered it! The best gripper I've bought to date man! I can't believe how easy it is to force shut! Bfn's were never so easy :tongue

Yup! Uploading video now. It went better than I expected. :) My vbar, however, continued to suck.

You're pulling 350+ on that dude!! That is just AWESOME! I haven't gotten higher than 272!! :angry:

I want a full report of how they felt! Weight,etc you used! haha, they are addicting as hell for sure!

Thanks Frank! I've been benching for a very long time, so the numbers to me aren't that impressive anymore. Still feels good @35 yrs old....If I can stay here by 40, I'll feel very good! :whistel

I rememeber when I first got my fatman 37.5 BLOB

I actually managed it by the face first both hands, and then after months finally got it regular style, I think I basically attempted it almost everyday with no rest till I got it
