filed #2 x8 singles last one was a real long hold at least 10 seconds.

I hope so, don't want to miss another!!!

Home sick today, got a contagious respiratory thingy and couldn't live with myself if I got my patients sick with it :(

On a positive note while watching Rylee in the sandbox I pinched my cinder blocck with an extra 10lbs today, left not to full deadlift but right easily to lockout.

71x2DL x11 sets!! Left thumb is shreded a bit but right is in pristine condition

Pinch was good but my grippers felt really off today, I'll chalk it up to roofing on the weekend, not use to honest work.

I think a couple good months of negatives and bounces and you'll be hauling up two 45s Jonathan!

Nice pinching, narrow pinch just feels "wrong" to me somehow.

some attempts at the hex blocks I left at the gym, couldn't get the 40 up damn close, 35 in my sleep

Thanks Jonathan! I think it would be a huge mental boost for you to get the two 45s up (and of course that stubborn #3 would be nice also).

Hex block weights feel awkward to me compared to the blob-shaped Yorks.

The hex's I have are slick as hell but they do have an edge more so then the blobs so there's definite tradeoffs in the shapes of various block weights.

Too gimpy/lazy to do any grip training after work over the 3 day weekend so didn't do anything until monday morning at the gym:

Next session at home I'll add in a few bounce sets with the 45's off the couch!
