Jonathan McMillan
Ben, I hope so, don't want to miss another!!! Home sick today, got a contagious respiratory thingy and couldn't live with myself if I got my patients sick with it On a positive note while watching Rylee in the sandbox I pinched my cinder blocck with an extra 10lbs today, left not to full deadlift but right easily to lockout. odin
I think a couple good months of negatives and bounces and you'll be hauling up two 45s Jonathan! Nice pinching, narrow pinch just feels "wrong" to me somehow.
Jonathan McMillan
Thanks Odin, Been trying to hit that one off and on for sometime now. I haven't done any bounces or negatives in some time, should really give them a go again. You've definitly got your wide pinch groove Jon@han

odin
Thanks Odin,Been trying to hit that one off and on for sometime now. I haven't done any bounces or negatives in some time, should really give them a go again. You've definitly got your wide pinch groove Jon@han Thanks Jonathan! I think it would be a huge mental boost for you to get the two 45s up (and of course that stubborn #3 would be nice also). Hex block weights feel awkward to me compared to the blob-shaped Yorks. Jonathan McMillan
The hex's I have are slick as hell but they do have an edge more so then the blobs so there's definite tradeoffs in the shapes of various block weights. Too gimpy/lazy to do any grip training after work over the 3 day weekend so didn't do anything until monday morning at the gym: Gripstuff: grippers cc set: T,#1 x1, #2.5 <1cm left, <2mm R, 1cmL, 1mmR think it actually touched but I didn't actually see it. cc set rulerhold @6.25lbs x6 holds then 2 more attempts were crap couldn't even pinch the ruler with the grippers handles  1 hand pinch-lbs 73.3lbs x2DL x11 sets -thumbs in good condition Next session at home I'll add in a few bounce sets with the 45's off the couch!
