Ah, Ironmind pads, very nice! Going about it the hard way is commendable.

CONGRATS TRAVIS!!! The 60d is a great milestone and you destroyed it! Which was harder, the 60d or the Hex?

HA! Nice question Zach...pretty self explanatory if you look at how long it took :)

I'm gonna try and do volume next weekend I think...unless someone has another suggestion? I have 8 IM blues left and quite a few G2's and I could do for volume?

Bent a little more today:

Warmed up with a 6" g2

-1/4"X7" hex CRS in 17 seconds

-1/4"X6.5" hex CRS in 29 seconds

-1/4"X6" hex CRS in 9 minutes (better than 29 :))

Warmed down with a 60D nail

2-Hand Pinch:

-70 pounds

-120 pounds miss

-90 pounds

-100 pounds X2

-105 pounds

-110 miss

V-Bar:

-180 both

-190 both

-200 miss

-200 both

-210 miss X2

25 Lb. Hub holds for time:

-18 seconds right, 18 seconds left

-10 seconds right, 23 left

I didn't feel too well today as far as grip went. I stunk it up on the V-bar...same with the hub

My training partner, Dustin33, hit 225 on the 1" V-bar today with ease on his last attempt

I'm going to take 2 weeks off from bending. I figured I would focus on some thumb strength and just pinch every other day...probably throw some VBar and RT in there too

I hope this will get me over a plateau and get me that G5 in under 5 minutes.

Let me know what you all feel please...

Did all block weights today:

Warmed up with 8 around-the-worlds with the 25 lb. block

35 lb. block to full DL each

40 lb. block negs

35 lb. block each

2X25 lb. plates eachX2

40 lb. block negs

2X25 lb. plates each

35 lb. block holds Right-7 sec. Left-3 sec.

I'm planning on more thumb stuff for a few weeks...it should help my other facets
