climber511
I'm working on a list of how I think the placings will go at BBB right now - I know absolutely nothing about many of the competitors so I'll leave them out of my rankings. Anyone else want to give it a try? The crystal ball awaits! PS I won't go 24th unless I bomb an event!

lifesnotfair
I just don't know how you can go on that long on every session. I've had that kind of sessions where I feel strong (for me) for quite a long period of time, but usually I feel weak shortly after a few big efforts. Do you drink anything prior to, or while working out?

Do you drink anything prior to, or while working out? I take my time, try not to go to max effort most of the time. I cut out the soda and all caffeine months ago. Except for comps and some of the certs. I think I've just worked up to the point where that volume is not too brutal for me. I'm not even sore the next day most of the time. I'm not taking any supplements or special drinks either right now. just water and decent food. There are a few different training ideologies at play in my current training schedule though. It may look fairly random but alot of it is planned. I think the key to not feeling too weak after or needing extra days to recover is leaving some in the tank though. - Aaron I just don't know how you can go on that long on every session. acorn
training session tonight was pretty strong considering how hobbled and sore I was when I woke up this morning. I spent yesterday trying to get the motor out of my truck. the damn transmission didnt want to let it go so it was a few hours fighting with that after getting to that point. I was hoping to do grippers and vbar yesterday but it didnt happen as a result of the issues.
