That was a great workout Aaron thanks for having me over. It was actually the 260N I think you no setted and you closed my 240 but I can't remember if it was no set or MMS. Great session and thanks again.

God Aaron - that one session is more work than Eaton and I have done all year :upsidedwn I'm almost afraid to go to BBB after reading all that. I either need to go workout or go climbing - guess what's on for tomorrow hehe?

That's quite an interesting way of doing front levers Aaron. I like the fact that every rep is completed when you reach a "resting" possition... they I do them (which is the same way I asked about), every rep is completed when the hammer reaches a place where I have to making a lot of effort. My delts are so weak though, they might give in before the wrist if I do it like that :P

you could always do them resting your arm on a bench or something. That would take the delts out of it.

Aaron, Very nice Blobbing! I lifted it for the first time on 8/21, and can add a little bit of extra weight on some days, and on others I can't even budge the 45.

I haven't had a chance to read your whole log yet, do feel you truly own the blob yet?

Thanks! last night was a truly exceptional night for my pinch. It seemed like the more warmed up my thumbs got the stronger I got. I didn't expect to be able to pull the blob still after the timed loadable Inch DB and the RT, but I felt even stronger when I picked it up. The loadable inch DB is normally my finishing exercise, but I still felt like I had loads in the tank after that so I kept going. I feel like I'm pretty close to the point of owning it at least when I'm warmed up. my goal is to be able to pull it anytime warmed up or not, then to be able to get any I try and not just this one that I'm used to as well as eventually getting my left up to par and pulling it for the first time.

Thanks! I was pretty blown away for sure on the blob work last night. The stuff I'm doing seems to be helping. I'm glad to see those coming up too. I very much doubt I could keep up this pace of increases for more than a short amount of time though.

Next time I do blobs if I'm feeling strong enough to add weight I will get some tape of it and put it up here.

Thats a huge improvment on the blob lifts Aaron. Iirc, you didnt do too hot on the blobs when we met up for our training day. Well done!

Dang Aaron that's a hell of a long session and a great one too. Great PRs and yeah sorry the 45 lb blob is still really slick because I never used it much. At least it seems to be getting a lot of use and I bet it'll be well seasoned soon. Are you starting to season my 2" Vbar? Hopefully it works alright for you until you get yours. I thought you already got the 11/32" SS? ANyway great job Aaron keep it up buddy
