CoC#3
great work here pete. Clicking the #3 is strong stuff. With these you improve very quick! You'll close that RB330N soon aswell - then onto the #3.5. Thanks Sam. I think the #3.5 will be a goal for next year. This year Pete. You underestimate yourself mate. pdfk20
good training sessions lately mate! how far are you from the BBE RH?? you wouldn't be too far off would you?? Cheers Phil, Still quite a ways off that gripper mate, at best a 1/4", but haven't really trained with it as i've got to get past the RB330N first. Once i can regularaly shut that gripper i'll work on shutting the Elite.
pdfk20
Well i'm getting set up with a loading pin and IM hub, i like the idea of doing a specialized grip lift, with not too heavy weights. In exchange for a hub, im trading my RB210 (2.8-2.9) to fellow gripster twig, so i thought i would give that gripper some attention before saying goodbye. Last night: All reps are MMS reps, opening the gripper to roughly parallel each time. RH: RB210 x1 x 5 RB210 x 5 x 1 RB210 x 7 x 1 RB210 x 9 x 1 RB210 x 5 x 1 RB210 x 3 x 1 RB210 x 1 x 3 LH: RB210 x 1 x 5 RB210 x 2 x 6 RB210 x 1 x 2 Edited August 7, 2007 by Pete1006
