twig
Are you going to go for the IM cert on that number 3 Pete at some point? Not for a while, i need to start training using the CCS, and might have to buy a new no.3. I want to cert on the #3 - a dual cert would be cool mate! Ooh Ooh! I'll witness! You can both come to mine, I'll have cookies! Edited June 24, 2007 by twig

pdfk20
Gripping tonight: RH: Did 4 forced negs on my RB330N (3.5), closing it each time to about an 1/8", then forcing it fully closed then letting go and holding it at 1/16" for a couple of secs. 2 MMS singles with MM2 replica (3.3). LH: 1 MMS single RB260 (2.9) 3 forced negs on RB300N (3.1) 2 wide singles with BBSM (2.8) Pinch work: a few attempts on 2x20kg, still no air yet, although i can lift it using my RH, plus the index finger plus thumb of left hand, so gotta be getting close on this. To finish did about 5 hub lifts of 15kg plate RH, and 2 lifts with LH. Edited June 25, 2007 by Pete1006

pdfk20
Wow Pete, 2 singles with the MM2 replica!! Awesome work bro!Do you have a #3.5? thanks chris! Yeah ive got a #3.5, but am long ways of closing it because the spread is so wide (over 3") and i have trouble setting it, i have more chance closing the RB330N before it do the #3.5. Chrisx9118
I have the same problem, i have trouble setting really tough grippers with wide spreads, its so damn hard. lol Damnit i have to catch up to your strength =))
CoC#3
Even though i think the RB330N is harder at the close than the #3.5, it is an easier gripper because it is nice to set.

It seems like it must be if the PR is the #3 attempt. Is that your new 2007 #3?

It seems like it must be if the PR is the #3 attempt. Is that your new 2007 #3? Personally i find the #3 to be as hard if not harder because of the much wider spread of the handles. The MM2 duplicate is harder at the close compared with the no.3 and is hence proba 3.2-3.3, so is infact classed as harder. This is much more noticeable for me in my LH than my RH because my set is very very weak, closing the no.3 with my LH would feel like a huge accomplishment when i adventually get it. My right is quite far ahead of my left, but still finds the no.3 awkward because of the wide set. And yeah thats my new no.3. CoC#3
great work here pete. Clicking the #3 is strong stuff. With these you improve very quick! You'll close that RB330N soon aswell - then onto the #3.5.
