FrankyBoy
Great stuff Liz. Bet the 4.5" is more a technical issue than anything else for you. What about a 5.5" G5 in one of your next sessions? Go get it!
ChrisJames
Great picture of training in the snow. Now that is hardcore !!! Keep it going Liz and David .

David Horne
19 Feb 07 1. Bent a FBBC 1/4" x 6" bar Reverse style to 56 degrees in the 30 secs. 2. Bent a 8mm x 6.5" HRS 212.5k Challenge bar Reverse style to 42 degrees, and finished DO in under 2 mins. This was Elizabeth's first reverse style bending for a very long time. All she had done in the meantime was use the Bending Machine and bend Double Overhand. This was the first time Elizabeth had bent 8mm stock, never mind reverse it! punkerella118
As a curious new coming woman in the world of grip I was wondering how long Elizabeth had been training before she was able to bend the blue nail?
David Horne
Elizabeth has trained since she was 10. It's only recently she started bending and got it in a few weeks. She looks forward to seeing your progress.
David Horne
22 Feb 07 1. Bent a 5" IronMind Blue in 15 mins 45 secs. This is a fantastic bend, it really is. She battled away for basically 13 mins to get the last part finished from 90 degrees. I videod it; she tried for 14 mins 15 secs, then gave up. Angry she started again after 1 min, and then finished it off in 30 secs. She says this 5" IM Blue was harder than the 5" x 1/4" FBBC bar she bent the other day. amaury
My experience is that the blue nail is on the hard side on the crush for a 1/4" nail (grade 5s are harder still though). Amazing. This log is a pure joy to read with the constant PRs!
