David Horne
Austin, The Climber Curl is a lovely wrist curl device. We try to get a good range of motion, and have a set-up that measures this. So we know we're getting stronger and not just shortening the range of motion. I've done so far 30k x 7 reps and 25k x 30 reps. David

lifesnotfair
Elizabeth would destroy me in any kind of strength competition! Wow :-) Now I'm pissed at my dad and older brother, and everyone who never encouraged me to lift weights before I had to decide to do it for myself at my current age of 23! Argh! Now I have women kicking my arse!! :P Keep up the awesome work!!

Scott Styles
Elizabeth would destroy most men in a strength competition. There's no shame in being bested by her. Kinking the Grade 5 like that so shortly after returning to serious training is very impressive.

Luckily she only was stronger in the Vbar, but some other disciplines were very close
David Horne
Elizabeth Horne becomes the first woman to bend a Grade 5 bolt Elizabeth fully bent a grade 5 today, after her close attempt yesterday. It took about 10 mins, so outside the FBBC 5 min time zone. Also my phone run out of camera memory so I only have first 5 mins on video. I think she'll do it under 5 mins next time. Thanks, David

amaury
To break Becca Swanson's world record in April WOW! How far is she? Some women are really amazingly strong Actually my current girl friend Perrine is probably as strong as the average man and has a VERY solid handshake. She has quite small muscles which makes it all the more impressive. Probably awesome levers or CNS (or both) and she is tall (1m77) with long hands which helps. Would be funny if she trained grip... But she won't

Kinking the Grade 5 like that so shortly after returning to serious training is very impressive. Agreed. I told David recently that I used to (still have them up) have Elizabeth's grip PRs printed off and hanging up in the house for motivation. @242 on the vbar with both hands. Dang! Add to that @SM capability, and now Grade 5 bender...wow! She would walk straight through any overall women's competition I can think of at the moment. No offense intended at all to the other ladies that train.
David Horne
Amaury, The Rolling Thunder training is going well. Let's hope. Just start your girlfriend off on something not painful Ben, She loves competing, and badly wants more women to do the grip comps. She will get good competition this year at the A/W and strongwomen comps. David
