amaury
Nice Vid. It is close to a wide pinch! I'll try to reduce the #reps and see if i can catch up with her on the wrist curls (i do 24reps with 15.9kgs at the moment). I'll updtae my log accordingly. I need a little competition. Thanks David for posting the workouts. Cheers, Amaury

David Horne
Properly worked her programme out last night, and her goals are the Strongwoman and armwrestling comps, with the British Grip champs thrown in, and she's hoping to do a big bend. Florian Kellersmann
Great progress! Pinching 2x20kg plates and getting them off the floor is awesome. To be honest, it sounds pretty impossible for a woman. Are the used plates "easy" plates compared to standard olympic discs (the Yorks you use for your workout) or will Liz pinch those Yorks too in "no time"? David Horne
They are just a pair of Yorks we all train with. They have nice sharp edges though.

mobsterone
Please tell me Liz isn't competing against me in the British !!Awesome lifting for any gender. Your daughter looks ready to high pull the Inch already !!! As there is an allowance for age, weight and gender in all but our open class technically she could beat either of us. So... That said as neither of you have your entry fees in yet...

mobsterone
That's a great initial lift and exactly how I do it. She now needs to 'lap it', reset and then lift it onto a platform (usually 54-inches high). Nick and I have demonstrated to the other guys here in Gloucester, sometimes too fond of tacky etc, that same hand positioning with chalk is more than enough. austinslater
David, How do you guys like the Climbercurl? I love it for wrist curl work. Curious how heavy you guys are on it as well. Elisabeth-your numbers are looking strong, looking forward to seeing what you accomplish this year . . . Austin
