pdoire
Ahhh, one of my worst days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Today I was stretching, THEN RIP!!!, my left shoulder was in agonising pain - even setting a gripper was too painful. When I felt the area, it seems like the muscle has been stripped from the bone. This might take a while to heal........... That stinks!!! Get it checked and take some time off! Hope all is well with that shoulder
Left Side
Dude, I feel for you. Get that checked, don't just leave it. I sincerely hope it's not serious, and if it is, a swift recovery.
Timmy
GOOD NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My shoulder is feeling much better I am working wide-sets in the choke using the BBE for my CoC cert! I was able to CCS my #3 quite easily on both sides of the gripper( Both Dog leg and Non- Dogleg). So, I think I can exspect to be named the 2nd man to cert under these new rules. - Choi.

Timmy
Ahh, someone revived the DEN! Anyway, I broke my old record of reps with the #3 - I just mashed-out 20 consecutive, paralell reps! ( Slightly filed #3, minedue)

Nice work on the #3 reps. Edited October 2, 2006 by StalwartSentinel
