Here's what will happen.

I am going to start my legwork. Then grip when I am ready.

Squat: 20 ( Empty Bar)

Weighted: 12, ( Not telling what weight I use.... :whistel )

10,

8,

6,

Deadlift: 2 x 5

My hands should be warmed up from the DL's.

Now, for my grip.

Grippers: 10, ( HG200)

5, ( Cut, and filed HG250)

2, ( Deeply Filed HG300 - can't fully close, incase if I snap it....)

3 singles ( #3)

3 x 3 ( #3)....... I might do 4 reps instead, depending on how I feel.

( Optional) : Braced Negatives with #4 ( Yes, I can the handles to touch, just not on command).

Thick Bar: 110 lbs ( 5 seconds)......Negatives, of course.

140 lbs ( 2 x 5 seconds)

150 lbs ( 5 seconds)

Then this is it, it is time to check my max DL on the DB-Thickbar.

Just got back.

I could only complete my Grip workout, I managed 5 Braced reps on my #4, and 6 parallel reps on my #3 - twice. I also managed to lift the 56lb block scale( In one hand) and snatched some plates.

Bench: 1 x 5 ( 180lbs)

2 x 4 ( 200lbs)

3, 2, 2 ( 230lb)... I really wanted to get 3 x 3.

1 x 3 ( 140lb).... Usually do more, except I worn myself out with the Bench.

Grip Day - and a mighty fine one! :)

Grippers: HG200 ( 10)

HG250 ( 5)

HG300 ( 2 )

#3 - 3 singles

#4 - 10 Brace sets.

Plate pinch snatch: 25 Kg + loading bar: 2 reps

+ 6lbs: 4 reps

After my PPS workout, I wanted to break my record of 8 reps on the #3 - and you know what.............MASHED 10!!!! :yikes

My arm is sore. Just for additives, I managed to keep my #4 shut using just 1 hand.

Jeez if you can keep the number 4 shut with one hand then how come you haven't risen up the Mash Monster ladder?

Impressive!

Because I am unable to pay the fees for certification. If I did, I would suspect that I would be MM2 level.

Do you do the plate snatches with one hand or two, bro?

Which of those Mash Monster grippers are harder than a #3? And which is the same or harder than a #4? Just curious.

A MM5 is probably around a SE level - even though it uses a GE spring. MM6 would rate around a seasoned #4.

MM1:

Tetting Elite .295" Spring

1/4" Mounting Depth

2.75" Spread

MM2

Tetting Elite .295" Spring

3/16" Mounting Depth

2.75" Spread

MM3

Tetting Super Elite .306" Spring

1/4" Mounting Depth

2.75" Spread

MM4

Tetting Super Elite .306" Spring

3/16" Mounting Depth

2.75" Spread

MM5

Tetting Grand Elite .312" Spring

1/4" Mounting Depth

2.75" Spread

MM6

Tetting Grand Elite .312" Spring

3/16" Mounting Depth

2.75" Spread

None are as hard as the IM4.

Forget the HG350. The chances are, it will most likely season below a #3. I'll just purchase another #4 - GR8 Model - and leave it unseasoned. It will also be more fitting to have possession of, both, a Dark and Silver spring #4 - if you know what I mean! ;)

Today I really didn't have the motive to lift, but I did anyway.

Strict Press: 2 x 5 ( 135)

3 x 3 ( 160)

BB Rows: 2 x 5 ( 180)

Chins: 4 x 6 ( 50 strapped)

DB-Curls: 3 x 5 ( 70)

This time my hands felt warmed, so I gave the 28kg Scale weight a ride - post vid later.

Tomorrow, I'll be hitting the thick Bar, and tryout some assisted ranges with the #4 choked to parallell. It looks like I'll have to order another #4, and maybe file the sucker down! :flame Unless someone is willing to trade a BB Pro with me......

Holy S!!!! My hands have never recieved the beating that they have received today. :ohmy

Gripper: HG200 ( 10

HG250 ( 5)

HG300 ( 2)

#3 ( Singles and doubles)

Now, this is where it got interesting.......

#4: 3 Full-Sweep Brace reps

Choker to Parallell - 4 x 3 ( Assisted, not braced)

Wider in Choke - 3 x 3 ( Braced for full sweeps)

Little wider - 3 x 2 ( Same as above)

Set - 2 x 5 ( Hurt'n on each rep)

All up! 12 assisted, 30 Braced

I couldn't do thick bar work, because of the wet weather dwelling.

My next goal will be 20 assisted and 40 Braced.
