Chrome D Bell Lifts - up to 35's easy

Grippers - Left (negs with HG 300 for 5, #2 for 8,) Right (negs with #3 for 5 then #2 for 8)

Plate Pinches (york fatties) - 25's for 5 singles

Good workout, feels awsome to have a gripper in my hand and be able to go all out on it again!!!

Reverse Wrist Curls - 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 all for 8

Thumb Curls - 10 for 3 sets of 5

Barbell Reverse Wrist Curls - 95 for 3 sets of 10

par set, but I feel the set doesnt do much for me at the moment... that #3 will go down in 2 more workouts, my hands are getting STRONG

I closed my #3 a year or so ago, but then I hurt my hand and was not able to do grippers for the longest time. I just decided a few weeks ago I was gonna try to hit the grippers hard again and its going alright so far.

V Bar w leather - left 205, right 250 (HUH???)

Hub Lifts - 25's for 3 sets to failure

Bending - up to 5/16 80d and then 6 by 60d

Thumb Clamp - 5 attempts

Thumb Pinch Deads (25) - 5 sets of 3

V Bar - left 290, right 300

Thick Bar - 140 each hand

Bending - 6 inch timber spikes

Grippers - tried to do negs with HG 300, was a no go and quit there, ahnds were too tired, need a new game plan for the grippers.

Heres an idea for the next gripper workout... Treat it teh same way as I do my bending and concentrate on the very beginning and the very end... Next gripper workout will be over crushes with #1 for 3, over crushes with #2 for a bunch of close negs, then do my HG 300 for hard beginner squeeze...

wow, that sounds weird? I just got the ida from reading somethin in Sean Dockerys log...

PS. V bar is going well, I should just keep doing what Im doing.. The thick pinch is getting better, Im thinking about trying to throw a band on it, for sure doing hex dbells soon and going for that 50 maybe...

In terms of bending, there are a copule things that i have to do simply because I have not done them yet and I feel as though Im cheating myself because I know if i do them, Ill become much stronger...

bend G8's for volume.. bend 5 inch G 5's for volume... HRS, cut down for volume, this is what gave me the red, so why arent I doing it? cut down 60 d's, why havent I tried them???

Those are the goals over the next few weeks.

plate pinches - 35's for a bunch of attempts

Bending - 5.5 red attempt, no way

Grippers - 5, HG 300 attempts with both hands, 5 tns #2 attempts each hand

Finger Extensions - 2 sets of 25

D Bell Pick Ups - 180s (HARD, didnt get for time at all, but was glad I could pick them up)

You never told me this! You have to be close now that you are getting your hg300 again. I can't wait to get my hands on that #3 when you come up.

Two Hand Pinch (slippery 45's) - worked up to 140

Ring and Pinky Finger hex d bell - 35's for 3 singles

Pointer and Middle Finger hex d bell - 35's for 3 singles

Bending (from all pre kinked to 90, just crushed em with new technique) - 6 yellows, 7 G5's, 1 60d, 2 5/16 zinc HRS

Grippers - left hand - 5 attempts with HG 300, right hand - 5 attempts with COC #3 then 5 attempts TNS HG 300

reverse forearms curls - by 8's - 50, 55, 60, 65

D Bell Pick ups with pinky and ring - up to 80

Bench Reverse Forearm Plate curls - 10 for 3 sets of 10

Board Front Reverse Forearms curler supetset with squeeze - 25 and 1 for 3 sets

Thumb Pinch Deads - 10's for 5 singles

Medwig, Ill have to show you when I come home.

Tonight was just a go for lotts of volume tonight and play around with different things.

I was pretty surprised i was able to pick up an 80 lb d bell with just my ring and pinky finger, Ill have to try at a gym with bigger d bells next time though.

Bending - 8 60 d's, missed the 9th. Attempted 5 inch 5/16 CRS, failed

Elbow hurts, but ice is gonna fix it right up.

your right, they were 5 inchers. They honestly felt really easy, I was crazy surprised that I got 8 of them. I think it was cause you called me a lil school girl so I got mad and hit a PR.

If its not fully bent, it doesnt matter.
