Instead of strap hold with the #2 I used the #3 modified with extended handles and close the handles were touching and held for 25 secs. J.A.G program=held the BBSM=258 pounder for 80 secs. BBSE=with extended handles=cheat shut to frist try 1/2 and second try=1/4 #4=with extended ahndles=cheat shut to 1 1/4 inchs. Goals to get 1/6 more close each week.
