Strap hold 3 pounds held for hard 2 secs but of feb. 05,05 I will use 2 pounds and two steel washer. It is time for to change two a new harder level but I like it. I had to sum inner strenght to the last 16 th one and the #2 felt like the BBSm. Strap Hold 2 1/2 and 2 steel washer made up for yesterday no show with the strap hold. KTA used a filed gripper #2 no problem I was nervous about doing 12 singles but made the last one is the most important one and put everything in crushing the #2 smashing the handles together because It felt so hard to close. I used a modified gripper that is stronger then the BBE=more intensity. My hands were tired then ever before and there still weak even after 8 hours later.
