Strap Hold= 11 1/2 held for 5 secs.

BBSM=10/16=8 reps.

Adjusted the #2 to 232 pounds with extended handles.

Strap hold 3 pounds held for hard 2 secs but of feb. 05,05 I will use 2 pounds and

two steel washer. It is time for to change two a new harder level but I like it.

This will help me master the BBSM and froce close the #3.

BBSM=10/16=10 easy reps.

BBSN=11/16=3 reps.

your using the bbsm for strap holds now? how many lbs is it? also are you doing with extended handles, chocker or normal?

Strap hold=2 1/2 pounds plus 2 steel washers.

BBSM=7/16 to close where the Chocher is set=4 reps.

This BBSM is harder=full 255 pounds.

The other weaker BBSm is about 245 pounds,

Did 12 singles today on the KTA program to if I can do no problem

but my hands are weak. And could not do the strap hold.

I managed to get the #3 extended handles with chocker set at 6/16=4 reps.

Warm the body frist about 20 mins.

Did 16 singles on the KTA program but almost did not make it.

I had to sum inner strenght to the last 16 th one and the #2 felt like the

BBSm.

Strap Hold 2 1/2 and 2 steel washer made up for yesterday no show with the

strap hold.

Skip the strap hold today due the intensity of week two of phase 1.

KTA used a filed gripper #2 no problem I was nervous about doing 12 singles

but made the last one is the most important one and put everything in crushing the

#2 smashing the handles together because It felt so hard to close.

I used a modified gripper that is stronger then the BBE=more intensity.

My hands were tired then ever before and there still weak even after 8 hours later.

Second week and day two with the KTA program.

Did 12 singles with filed #2 and used the 325 pounds with the negs.

The last singles was easier then yesteday.

Did 1/2 to close reps=15.

KTA really imporving more then I thought.

Did 5 pound and half with a unmodfied #2.
