That is one pounds increase per week. One second to five seconds holds and starting with 2 pounds weights. Goal in one month=4 pounds=and five months= 20 pounds and with a total of 22 pounds. mooinabc1 Posted January 3, 2005 Author Share Posted January 3, 2005 No not using the #2 Mine #2 is really strong-195 solid like a beef builder master strength. I am using extended handles + it is easier on the hand in the long run. And easier to use the left to move the extended handles with the right hand. But once I master the reach a strap hold of 20 pounds. I will change to BBSM. In my left hand have been using a #1 =140 and make a modified gripper that is adjust and before Christmas+ I force closed the #1. Today I can force close the 180 pounder and 15 left to close the #2.
