Did 1/2 to close reps=15.

KTA really imporving more then I thought.

Did 5 pound and half with a unmodfied #2.

sweet progress moon. i wonder how youll do after kt is done. one way to find out eh!

My second week and into the 4th day.

Good work out ont he KTA. My hand are not sore but feel weak for 2 hours later

then I strat feel my hands get stronger.

Strap hold 5 1/2 pounds and 4 steel washers.

Good work out with KTA and did DT on the titan=17 1/2 pounds.

Need to remember to DT each day and micro load it.

Big test day on saturday to how secs I can hold the BBSM.

Got the #3 to 3/4 to close.

Hard work at the end of the week with the KTA everything felt heavy.

But managed to do 14 singles. Well phase #1 of week 3 starting monday.

Closed the BBSm for 20 secs.

3/4 to close for the BBE and 3/4 close for the #3=Same.

Recovered fully form last weeks KTA workout.

Tried 14 singles.

Using filed #2.

Made to the 14 singles but last one not two bad but did it and closed the filed #2.

Force close the BBSM for 35 secs a 15 secs improvement and going for 160 secs

this week.

KTA my 3th week of phase #1. I feel Iam gains fast with the KTA program.

Bought a new #3 and force close to=1/2. But will try force close the #3 after some rest and post again in the evening.

Third week of KTA program and rest day starting sunday and test day on friday

Iam look forward the rest.

Then into the Phase #2.

Good work out 14 singles.

Using my filed #2 maybe in phase2 =thinking for filing the #2 down another 1/16

when I master it.

BBSm=110 secs holds

2 days left for week 3 of phase 1.

Times flys.

Did 16 singles today and filed the #2 another 1/16 on march 03,05.

And total filed down on the #2 is 1/4 inch so far.

I like to see how pounds I can strap hold on the filed #2 on phase #2.

In phase 2=Iam going tweak the KTA workout and use the J.A.G on the BBSM .

But Iam going to try to get 5 pounds increase load on the BBSM.

This will done in the evenings for max gains. A experiment to see how well the J.A.G and the KTA work together.

Know I can rest And made it to the last day of the phase 1 of week 3.

See if I make to Wednesday without the grip workout.

4 days of rest got to 7/16 to close the #3.

I am to work on the mastering the BBSM before closing the #3.

I will rest on till saturaday get the BBSM.

J.A.G training is cool.

Fast gain from it=I went from going to #2 to the 245 pound BBSM in 2 weeks.

Know trying for the Stronger BBSM its 10 pound =255 and the other BBSm is 245 pounds.

My 3rd week in the J.A.G training.

I will get the 255 pound=BBSM this week.

Then the #3 after that.

Testing how days works better for me rest 4 days or one day of rest.

One day seems to work better after 6 day of training.

Good J.A.G work out in the evening around 6:30 PM.

Got to 60secs with the weaker BBSM.

This morning 11. 1/2 pounds on the strap hold on the 195 pounds gripper.

KTA program: I feel stronger today I was using the strap hold and went from frist attempt 5.1/2 pound,Second attemp= 6 pounds,3rd attempt=7 1/2

BBSE=modified to a Mash Monster gripper #2=3/4 to close it seemed easy for some reason any I have a big smile cannot seen wipe it off.

#3 force close=7/16 to close.

And friday My forearm and finger where so tired and forearm was sore.

J.A.G. Program: (Test day) for theJ.A.G prgram=kill the 250 modified BBSM=closed it no problem

Second attempt=Adjusted to 1/6 turn=little 10 seconds easy.

Third attempt= USed the strong BBSM=255 pounds= and held it for 30 secs.

Another 25 pounds to close the #3. This is the forth week for the Strong BBSM 255 pounder. And from #2 to BBSM 245 pounder it took me=2 weeks.

From #2 to BBSM=255 pounds= it took me 4 weeks and almost master it on the 3 rd week. 4 th week on day one=close the BBSM=255 pounder.

Going from BBSM to #3 program=4 weeks to 5 weeks on MArch 22,05

2 th rep this evening see how it goes and test the #3 again to see how far to close using my thumb ruler.

J.A.G training.

Put J.A.G on the 255 BBSM and turned (one turn 1/2=1.5 pounds)=256.5 and held for 50secs=one rep. And turned the J.A.G another ( one 1/2 turn again).

J.A.G. trainng.

Could not wait till next day.

j.A.G was turned two turns=3 extra pounds to the BBSM=255+3=258 pounds. And got 20 secs negative hold on the J.A.G. But I Iam not going adjusted till March 22,05 and see if I can get 30 to 40 secs negactive hold.

But I will on the Next day

Moon man you are making some out of this world gains in record time. Hey at this rate you will conquer the # 3 for sure and in a very short time I feel. You've thought hard and trained hard to get this program in gear and the proof is undeniable. Keep up the good work my friend.

Gator are strong up to or more 2000 pounds per square inch.

Thanks It feels good to hear that.

If there a minister in God that one of them encouager.

It seems to bring life for some reason.

I put KTA program with the J.A.G program to help understand that they can work together. And understand how J.A.G works.
