FrankyBoy Posted March 15, 2011 Author Share Posted March 15, 2011 Matt, I train at home not in a gym. The workout yesterday lasted about 90mins and thats roughly the average. I do quite many warmup sets (like 2x20kg,40kg,60kg,80kg,90kg,100kg mixed with situps) before the actual training. It also included a couple of sets with the climber curl device. Goal was 5 sets @ 10x102.5kg but the 5th set was still not too hard so I checked how far I'd come. The 'hot spot' in my left shoulder was a bit worse than usual, so I'm really happy I came through this. + Grippers MM2 x 4,4,3 Just starting again.
