In my gym with Kirk. Humid day
[U]Hatfield Squat / SSB[/U]
It could have been better. Might need to back off for another run at it
to 295kg x 2 reps again (failed to the pins on No3)

[U]Leg Press[/U]
upped to a max of 650kg/1430lbs x 4 reps

[U]Lying Leg Curls[/U]
to stack + 2.5kg x 5 negatives

[U]Leg Extensions[/U]
Might up the reps here
to stack x 8 reps

Bwt: 319.5lbs

Later start than usual and a b it off energy wise (leg work and moody stomach)
[U]Side Laterals[/U]
to 40.4lbs x 11 reps

[U]Two Hand Pinch / Saxon Bar work[/U]
Dropped weight for a week or so. Tightened set up 
to 81.4kg x 1, 1, 2, 2 and 3 reps 

Bwt: 319lbs

@ Powerhouse Gym. Doubled and then some steps wise yesterday. 
[U]Close Grip Bench Press[/U]
to 145kg x 3 reps (1st heavy set always feels off groove wise), 152.5kg x 3 reps, 160kg/352lbs x 2 reps (3 next time)
Had Karl (ex Royal Marine Commando PT) do 3 reps with 160kg and then work to his old PB (same as mine) 190kg/418lbs x 1 rep after my last set.

[U]Pullover Machine[/U]
to stack x 12 reps (only usual issue with frozen right shoulder restriction of range of movement)

[U]Dumbbell Wrist Curls[/U]
to 45kg 5L / 8R reps (usual faff with dumbbell handle)

Bwt: 321lbs

No Kirk. Touch of Sciatica in left buttock. Upped reps so lower weight (except on Leg Press).

[U]Power Squat Machine[/U]
to 400kg/880lbs x 12 reps

[U]Leg Press[/U]
to 650kg/1430lbs x 5 reps

[U]Lying Leg Curls[/U]
to 7p x 8 reps (sciatica and fatigue stopped me from doing more reps)

[U]Leg Extensions[/U]
to stack x 12 reps

Bwt: 320.3lbs

Sciatca blows... I was plagued by it in my late teens early 20s.... No idea why, but i'd get it on both sides at the same time. Lots of ibuprofen. Got better as day went on but laying down and coughing or sneezing  fells like a bolt of lightning traveling down the leg....  Hope it clears up fast.

@ my gym. With Kirk D. 12's again. Workout was a much faster pace than the heavier ones even with the odd break. Usually 2 hours taking 1 hour and 15 minutes

set up x 12, 80kg x 12, 160kg x 12 and 240kg x 12
 
[U]Iso Leg Press[/U]
50kg x 12, 100kg x 12 and 120kg x 12
First time in ages on this machine

[U]Lying Leg Curls[/U]
4p x 12, 7p x 12 and 8p x 8

[U]Leg Extensions[/U]
1/2 stack x 12, stack x 12 and 8p x 8 (easy)

Bwt: 325lbs. I did have a load of pasta last night but still

bar x 20 reps, 75kg x 12 reps, 150kg x 12 and then 227.5kg (originally planned 225 but what the heck 501lbs for reps right!) x 8 reps. Sweaty but done. Wraps on

[/U]205kg x 8, 410kg x 8 and 650kg x 6 reps wraps on

[U]Lying Leg Curls[/U]
4p x 12, 7.5p x 8 reps (hard last 2 reps)

[U]Leg Extensions[/U]
1/2 stack x 14 reps, stack x 14 r/p  reps

to 25kg x 8/10 reps (needs to be a little tighter form)
 
Bwt: 324lbs (bit of water in gut)
