Slightly delayed start - but killed it

To 150-kilos x 1 then 2 then 4. I'd planned on 4 x 1 so I'd killed that. I dropped to 60-kilos x 28 reps
 
[U]Mid-Iso-Lever-Row[/U]
Thick bar deads next time
to 100-kilos x 6 reps. Not done any other back work in weeks and still have the power. I could have gone up in reps or weight
 
[U]Dumbbell Wrist Curls[/U]
AW move next Friday
to 35-kilos x 8 reps

Yesterday, without going into the god awful detail of it all, was (I hope nothing is worse) a mess. Like the most ****ry day of days. And following those days one way to expunge it is to just KILL IT in the gym. We scared demons today (trained with Kirk D). 
 
[U]Lever Squat[/U]
to a 325kg/715lbs x 4 reps PB with nice depth
 
[U]Iso Leg Press[/U]
to 170kg/374lbs x 5 reps - also a PB
 
[U]Lying Leg Curls[/U]
to the whole stack + 2.5kg by accident (Kirk misload) x 5 negs
 
[U]Leg Extensions[/U]
to stack + 27.5kg x 5 reps... another PB
 
[B]EVERY SET was a PB[/B]
