Stomach in bits the last 18 hours (a b it off before but especially so the last 18). By the end of today's session I was 'hanging' (dizzy on 'Saxon' work). Still cold in my gym (propane heater on to warm hands)

My last chance to use it before the even so I maxed out - 1 x 112.5kg. Which would have won in a recent comp (although the absolute best is 20kg/44lbs more!!)

Triceps ready for the workout - already feeling a contraction before I started. Nice pump after. Right upper arm taped at between 20.25 and 20.5-inches (which would be the biggest ever for me)
